| Welcome to the June edition! A few things worth sharing this month, a project that’s been quietly building, a sneak peek at what’s coming in October, and an update on seven Great Dane puppies who are growing way too fast!Rescue Book ProjectRescue dogs have a way of choosing you right back. The one who showed up and surprised you, and who turned out to be exactly what you needed without either of you knowing it. The one you can’t imagine life without.I’m building a book about that dog.  In partnership with Place for Ace, I’m creating a coffee table book, Unleashed Hearts, that pairs portraits with the stories behind them. How you found each other, what changed, and what life looks like now because of them.My own dog Willow will be in it. She’s a rescue and I know exactly what it feels like to have a story worth telling.If your rescue dog has changed your life in ways you haven’t quite put into words yet, this might be the place for that. Reply to this email, and tell me about your dog. That’s all it takes to get started. The Lucky 7 holiday greeting cards are coming this fall The Lucky 7 recently turned one. We’ve been following this Northeast Canine litter since they were newborns, and they’re heading into the studio for their holiday card shoots. A new greeting card line featuring these dogs will be available in October.Their original greeting card line is available now in the shop. One hundred percent of net proceeds goes directly to Northeast Canine.  This is Jamie who was up first. This gentle giant recently graduated from Northeast Canine and is doing what he was trained to do, making a difference.They have gone from fitting in one hand to being absolutely enormous and still completely convinced they are lap dogs. Senior sessions — class of 2026.I photograph a limited number of high school seniors a year. I have openings for the class of 2026.
